Lemongrass, garlic, shallot, turmeric, galangal, kaffir lime leaf, palm sugar, fish sauce, salt, cane sugar, sunflower oil

How to cook Korko Soup: 

Ingredients: 

  • Korko paste 1 pack 80g
  • fish or meat 800g 
  • Korko vegetables (eggplant, long beans, pumpkin, unripe papaya, young-aged jackfruit, ivy gourd, sweet leaf bush, bitter gourd leaf, moringa leaf) 1000g
  • fish paste or fish sauce 30g
  • coconut milk 200ml
  • water 2000ml
  • cane sugar 15g
  • grind roasted rice 200g
  • cooking oil 10ml

How to cook: 

  1. Heat the cooking pot, pour in a little bit of cooking oil and stir the korko paste until it smells good. 
  2. Put the meat or fish meat stir with the paste then add the fish sauce or fish paste, cane sugar, and half of the coconut milk, steam it for a little while. Then pour in the hard vegetables, and add some water, coconut milk that's left grind roasted rice, then the soft vegetables. Taste it and add the flavor as you like, and it's done.
