Fermented soy bean has been processed since 2016​ by agricultural community that has 300 people in Samlout Community, Battambang Province. 

Directly eat with porridge, rice or fried fish/pork with ginger and any other vegetables as prefer.

Can use up to 3 months after open. Should keep in the fridge to enjoy its freshness.
