Ingredients of the Chili Sambal Sauce: 

Lemongrass, Red chili, Dried chili, Onion, Garlic, Red garlic, Shrimp paste, Chili paste, Palm sugar, Oyster sauce, Chili oil, Sunflower oil

How to cook Stir-fried Lobster: 

Ingredients: 

  • chili sambal sauce 1 pack 100g
  • lobster 400g
  • onion 200g 
  • garlic 50g 
  • chili 50g
  • milk 100ml
  • a little bit of sweet basil

How to cook: 

  1. Heat the cooking pan after that pour the oil into it to fry the lobsters. Then take the lobsters out from the oil and leave it to dry out the oil on the lobsters. 
  2. In a new cooking pan fry the garlic with the chili sambal sauce then add the lobsters and stir with the paste.
  3. After that, add the onion and the chili that's cut into threads then add milk with with fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce (as you like). At last add the sweet basil and taste it. So it's done.
