• Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before payment is made.
• Exchanges: Once payment is received, but before your items are packed for delivery, you are welcome to exchange your selection for any other products available in our shop.

2. Quality Guarantee & Returns

Your satisfaction and health are our priority. We take great care in packing your orders, but we understand that issues can happen.

• Damaged Items: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival in the presence of the delivery person. If an item is damaged, please take a photo or video and let us know so we can coordinate a replacement with the carrier.
• Quality Concerns: If you encounter spoilage or unusual odors, please keep the item in its original packaging and return it to us. We will assess the product with our processors and provide a replacement. Your constructive feedback helps us improve Cambodian product standards!
• Note on Returns: We cannot provide refunds for orders that are refused or not picked up by the customer or for reasons outside of damage or quality.

• Local Delivery (Cambodia): We partner with trusted carriers like VET, J&T, Capitol and others as you prefer. Orders are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day after payment.
  • Special Offer: Enjoy Free Delivery on local orders over $50 USD for B2C.
• International Shipping: We happily ship worldwide.
  • Minimum Order: $100 USD.
  • Costs: Shipping fees are based on the total weight (including packaging, which is roughly 10% of the weight). The cost is followed by the shipping company and its mode.
  • Customs: Recipients are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.
